Scope of Work

• Cabinetry: White shaker perimeter cabinetry paired with a contrasting dark-stained island base, plus floor-to-ceiling glass-front display cabinetry flanking the range and throughout the adjoining butler's pantry.
• Countertops: Waterfall-edge quartz wraps the island, with matching quartz counters and a full-height slab backsplash behind the range.
• Appliances: A Thermador 48" gas range with griddle, a built-in Thermador wall oven/microwave combo, and a panel-ready Thermador French-door refrigerator.
• Range Hood: A custom wood-clad hood surround (stained wood over a white plaster shroud) anchors the cooking wall, paired with a wall-mounted pot filler.
• Butler's Pantry / Wet Bar: A dedicated wet bar with a prep sink, gold fixtures, open wood floating shelves for glassware and wine, and a built-in coffee/espresso station.
