Scope of Work

• Cabinetry: Full-height white shaker cabinetry was installed throughout, including a floor-to-ceiling pantry wall, finished with matte black bar-pull hardware on every drawer and door.
• Island: A large quartz waterfall-edge island anchors the kitchen, with a built-in prep sink, matte black faucet, and a built-in microwave drawer.
• Countertops & Backsplash: Quartz countertops throughout are paired with a white subway tile backsplash that runs the full length of the range wall.
• Appliances: A Viking gas rangetop with a stainless steel hood, a stainless double wall oven, a French door refrigerator, and a built-in beverage/wine fridge in the adjoining nook complete the appliance package.
• Plumbing Fixtures: Matte black faucets were installed at both the island prep sink and the main perimeter sink beneath the window.
• Lighting: Black pendant lighting was added over the island, paired with recessed can lighting throughout.
• Flooring: Large-format gray tile flooring was installed throughout the kitchen and adjoining breakfast nook.
